1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

ge77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ge77 may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending completion of verification.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the ge77 Platform. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where ge77 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same player and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings accrued across those accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ge77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with industry standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by ge77:

• A valid, government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account username and password. ge77 will never contact you to request your password by any means. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ge77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to and from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. ge77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard player accounts, though ge77 may apply individual deposit limits in connection with responsible gaming tools or account verification status. Deposits are credited to your ge77 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ge77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ge77 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ge77 does not offer currency conversion services. Players must ensure that their payment method is configured to transact in BDT.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ge77 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Where bonus abuse is identified, ge77 reserves the right to void affected bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the player account, and recover any funds already withdrawn.

6 Betting Rules and Game Terms

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on ge77 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the player's responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the selection, stake amount, and odds or game settings — before confirming. ge77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly permitted under specific game or sports betting rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting and other sports markets on ge77 are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and market type. In the event of a match abandonment, interruption, or result that is disputed by the relevant governing body (including the Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, BCCI, or other applicable organisation), ge77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. ge77's decisions on sports betting outcomes are final subject to any error correction procedure described in the specific sport rules.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

ge77 reserves the right to suspend any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms or where required for security, compliance, or regulatory reasons. During a suspension, access to account funds may be restricted pending investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

In no event shall ge77 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if ge77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ge77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ge77 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at https://ge77.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ge77 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform. Player data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. ge77 may share data with third-party payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

12 Account Closure and Termination

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to your most recently used verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the support process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedies available to them.

14 Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ge77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from the Terms if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver
